Please review our policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Lebasi Beauty, you agree to the following:

DEPOSITS

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your total service price and are required for all bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS

A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.

RESCHEDULING

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedules made within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment to be eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Same-day cancellations forfeit all payments.

NO SHOWS

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

PAYMENT

Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.
